BOARD OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS
The MayCham China • Shanghai Office Board of Committee Members is responsible for the policy making of the organization and the general direction of the Chamber's activities. The Board also has a fiduciary responsibility. The 11 Committee Members are elected by voting members to staggered two year terms. All serve a two-year term.
