I am a certified Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) of the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the United States and a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) of the WorldatWork Association (WAW). Since June 2004, I have been residing in China, where I have accumulated extensive experience in the environmental sector, particularly in managing several Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) water treatment projects. I hold a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, a Master of Applied Finance from Tsinghua-Macquarie University, and a Doctor of Business Administration (Finance) from Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF) and Arizona State University.
