Soon Yen is Partner of International Tax and Transaction Services based in Shanghai. He joined EYCAL in year 2008. Prior to joining EYCAL, Soon Yen spent over seven years working on tax compliance and consultancy engagements in Malaysia. His experience includes tax advisory for complex business transactions, tax controversy and dispute resolution to assist companies undergoing tax examination by tax authorities and tax planning to improve the overall group tax efficiency.
